Charlotte Busby – First Response Administrator
Joining our team in 2019 alongside Samantha Dyal, Charlotte brings with her a wealth of experience and a 'chill' demeanour that keeps our team grounded. Renowned for her exceptional project management skills, Charlotte has successfully overseen numerous large projects and installations within our First Response department.
Collaborating closely with Director David Jones, Charlotte's expertise shines as she manages a multitude of accounts with varying demands. Her ability to spearhead smooth transitions, like the recent major property management company switch to our services, showcases her exceptional leadership. Charlotte's extensive knowledge of client operations and her eagerness to learn directly from our engineers make her an invaluable asset to our team.
Amanda Morris (Mandy) – First Response Administrator
Joining us in August 2023, Mandy quickly became an integral part of our team. With dedication and skill, she has risen to become the account manager for several key clients. Mandy's helpful attitude and willingness to assist at any time are traits that shine through in her work.
Known for her kindness, friendliness, and personable nature, Mandy effortlessly fosters positive relationships within our team and with our clients. Her commitment to learning and growth seamlessly integrates her into our team dynamics, and her skills complement our collaborative efforts.
