Our Health and Safety accreditations Chas, Constructionline, SMAS and Acclaim, together with our external Health and Safety advisors THSP, ensure that all Health and Safety areas are thoroughly covered to the highest possible standard.

That being said, the company strive to continue building on this, so in 2019 we had our first Mental Health First Aider trained to provide employees with toolbox talks on Mental Health Awareness and give support wherever needed.

And we didn't stop there; today, we are proud to say that Human Resources Manager Abbie Garrard has completed her Mental Health First Aid Training with Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) England.

A huge well done to Abbie for completing this training; we are excited by your ideas on growing awareness of this critical area of well-being.
